Quotes

Quotes are prepared manually based on the details you submit and remain valid for 30 days. Work begins once you approve the quote and complete payment.

Revisions

Digitizing and vector art include free revisions on the original artwork and specification. New artwork or a change of specification is treated as a new order.

Turnaround

Standard turnaround times start when payment clears. Patch production times exclude shipping transit.

Refunds

If a digitizing or vector file cannot be corrected to meet the agreed specification, we refund it in full. Custom manufactured patches cannot be refunded once production has started, but we replace any order that arrives defective or that does not match the approved mock-up.

Cancellations

You can cancel a request at any time before production begins from your dashboard.
